In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ph351" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to ph351.club and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through ph351.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User upon completing the ph351 registration process.

KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a UMID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, or PhilHealth ID) and proof of payment method ownership.

ph351 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as displayed in the Wallet section of the platform. The following terms govern all financial transactions on ph351:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ph351 does not accept deposits from third-party sources.

• Creating, operating, or facilitating the use of more than one ph351 Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with ph351 games or betting markets in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, fraud, money laundering, or activity that breaches the integrity of ph351's gaming environment.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using ph351 for any money laundering purpose in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

ph351 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required by Applicable Law, regulatory instruction, or fraud prevention obligations.

• Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ph351 will endeavour to notify the Account holder and resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
• Where an Account is closed as a result of a confirmed material breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money funds that are not subject to active investigation may be returned to the Account holder's registered payment method following a compliance review.
• You may voluntarily close your ph351 Account at any time by contacting 24/7 live support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon completion of applicable KYC checks, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or your disclosure of credentials to any third party.
